IN- JOY

Life isn't meant to be endured. It's meant to be enjoyed.

Joy isn't a luxury for the privileged. It's something every one of us deserves and can access, even in life's busiest or most difficult seasons. Don't you reckon?!

Sometimes joy is found in the smallest moments.

A deep breath. A shared laugh. A favourite song. Bare feet on the earth. A little van trip. A quiet cup of tea. Lemon juice on your lips. The warmth of the sun on your back.

Play and pleasure don't have to be extravagant or expensive. They often live in the simplest moments, yet they have the power to restore us in profound ways. Treat joy as something sacred because it is! Let it remind you that life is about so much more than simply surviving.

Even when life feels hard, give yourself permission to look for little pockets of light. Joy is your birthright. Making space for it, however small, is a practice that nourishes you and everyone around you.

Yah… what a delight joy is. To enjoy is to be in-joy.

Did You Know? Play, joy and laughter help regulate your nervous system, increase serotonin and dopamine, spark creativity and make it easier to adapt when life changes. Joy isn't indulgent. It's one of the healthiest things you can gift yourself. Your mind, body and spirit thrive on delight.

Whispers from the village: We live in a world that celebrates being busy. Choosing joy can feel like a quiet act of rebellion.

When you stop for a moment to laugh, dance, rest or simply soak up the beauty around you, you remember who you are beneath all the doing.

Fun isn't frivolous. It's fuel.

The Invitation: This week, book yourself a Pleasure Appointment. Only if ya wanna! 😂

Pop it in your diary and protect it like you would any important meeting.

Dance around the lounge room. Go for a swim. Read a novel. Wander through nature. Paint. Bake. Sing. Watch the sunset. Do something that makes your inner child smile.

Not because you've earned it.

Because you're alive.

Affirmation: "I am worthy of joy. I choose to fill my life with pleasure, play and delight, even when life feels challenging."

Question to ponder…

Where am I holding myself back from pleasure, fun or delight? What might happen if I gave myself full permission to in-joy my life, starting today?

Joy's not a maybe, it's your daily delight.

Schedule your fun from morning to night.

Play is sacred, laughter divine.

In joy your life. It's your birthright to shine.
